We were very satisfied with the service of pumping out the septic tank. It was not uncovered, but Ronnie found it rather quickly. He knew his job and performed admirably. It was done in about an hour from start to finish. We would definitely use this company again.
The guy just left my house and I feel so bad for not remembering his name. He was super nice and went out of his way to figure out why our septic tank was clogged. After a few phone calls he figured it out and made sure he did what he could to correct it before leaving, turned out to be a very clogged filter. Will be using Murdock every time!
Straight up good business with a good public relations, Mr Smith did an excellent job with my clean out in Knoxville today and was very helpful with questions I asked. So thank you Murdock and Mr Smith for ur service !!!
