Loyd came and diagnosed problem with washing machine and ordered part. When part came in, one day past his estimated arrival, which included a holiday weekend, he made the repair beyond what we figured to be normal hours and we recommend him for appliance repair. Pricing was very reasonable.

Came out a few days earlier than I was initially told by Amana Warranty company . He called us to see if he could come and he arrived promptly and showed what was the issue with the dryer door . He was very nice and fixed the issue . Would use again

I've had Lloyd's service twice now. The first time was on GE warranty work for my dishwasher couple years ago. GE originally sent a lone wolf from LR. He was unable to fix it. GE Warranty sent Lloyd's out. Lloyd's was able to determine the circuit board was out, had the part overnighted and was out the next day to fix it! Just yesterday my GE fridge went out. He was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, overnighted the part, and came out and replaced all within roughly 24 hours. Always super courteous, very professional, great prices. Will be my go-to every time on appliances.

Tried for 6-8 weeks to get our microwave fixed and he said he ordered the part. He will not return our calls or messages. I called from a different phone and he answered but still gave me the run around. He was referred to us from Whirlpool. We have notified whirlpool.

This repair company was chosen by Whirlpool. He showed up within a few days of reporting my issue to Whirlpool (11/6). The repair man told me that he just unplugged my ice maker and that is was working and told me to let him know if it quit again - it did within a few hours. He told me that he would have to order a part. I have sent 10 texts requesting an update and an ETA on when he would be back to fix the ice maker with no answer. It has been over two months. I understand parts can be backordered, but the lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a choice, DO NOT use this company.

We have tried getting our dryer fixed for over a month. Lloyds appliance was assigned by whirlpool to fix it. We have called & text several times with no response. Whirlpool is currently trying to find another service provider in our area.
