Folks were friendly, dog was happy, wife was happy about it. Don't know what more you could want.
The owners are very kind and truly seem to enjoy keeping our dog. The facility is clean with indoor kennels and has plenty of place outside for the dogs to play.
Brad and Pam were so good with our dogs! They needed an extra level of care due to 2 of them taking medications, and BRK handled this so well. They were patient and considerate, and Pam stayed in contact with me every time I checked in (which was a lot at first, due to never having had our dogs boarded before). We intend to use them again for our pooches' care, for sure!
