During an excessive heat warning time period, my AC unit went out. I called Burris' office on a Monday, they came to see what type of replacement unit would be needed and provided an estimate the same day. They had a unit delivered the very next morning, and the workers spent hours outside and in the attic, working to install the new unit in extremely high temperatures. (It was about 91 degrees in the house.) They did not leave until there was air flow, which was around 6pm. This level of service is rare. They came out as quickly as they could. They checked the unit over and filled the coolant. They even had a tech come back by a couple of days later just to follow up and ensure everything was still doing fine.
