Any time I need maintenance or help with equipment this is the only business that comes to mind! They travel all over the river valley and make a true effort to establish great customer service and don’t stop until the problem is fixed.

I can’t say enough about the service I got from Burris. Called on a Saturday and the gentleman arrived at my rent house in less than a hour. It was cold, the wind was blowing, not a good day to be outside. He got the heat on in record time and had a great attitude even with the bitter cold. I don’t recall the tech’s name but was the owners younger brother. Will definitely us these folks again. I would give them 6 stars out of 5.
