Very fast to respond and the customer service is awesome. They came out sooner than they expected they would and got it done. The guys that came to do the work were fast and accurate. They got my air up and running, thank you Brent and Sons for having such good service men and women that know exactly what the are doing.

This place is the best...Brandon and the 2 guys with him today was amazing...they were very professional and very kind...they installed our new unit today and i could not be happier with those 3 guys...love...love...love Brents and Sons

These guys are amazing. Our A/C unit quit blowing cold and we called. A technician was at our house (I believe his name was Kevin?) in less than an hour and he was very friendly and professional. I honestly expected it to take a day or two at least but these guys exceeded my expectations. He did a full service on our unit and replaced a capacitor and now our house is much cooler. My parents and now my wife and I only call Brent and Sons when we need service. The cost was also very reasonable. If you're on the fence and unsure who to call if you need service, I highly recommend these guys. I appreciate them so much.
