The representatives and repairman were extremely responsive to our needs. They handled all of our repair work professionally and expeditiously. Our 2 HVAC systems are now working perfectly well We have been with this company for more than 25 years and are grateful for their good work, professional approach. and empathy for the needs of their customers. I give them 5 stars for every aspect of their work
Craig Handy came out to fix our unit after business hours and all the parts stores were closed. But Craig went back to the shop and repaired the part so that we wouldn't have to be without air all night. THANKS Craig
Service tech was super nice. I was out of town and I talked to him on the phone while he was at our home, he explained what was going on with our outside unit, we have a heat pump and we thought the fan was frozen, it was but I didn't know it had a defrost mode, so not really an issue. The tech then explained that the bearings sounded like was going out in fan motor, recommended we go ahead and replace it, the estimate was way less than what he quoted off the top of his head. The tech didn't push a sell but I think he was just being honest. We appreciate that.
