HD Electronics was very quick to answer the call from CINCH Home Warranty. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They called me right after they got the order and made the appointment. They came out to my residence that day got all the information that they needed to replace my hot water heater. They looked in Pine Bluff, for a water heater to match mine, but had to go to Stuttgart to purchase one. They returned quickly, remove the old hot water tank, and all that entails. HD Diagnostics arrived promptly to diagnose my refrigerator freezer problem ON TIME when they said they would. Prior to arriving they had done sufficient research on costing out possible parts and labor in advance depending on what they found. On site they diagnosed the problem, called Cinch home warranty company with expected parts and labor costs required and made the recommendation to Cinch which was accepted. Great job on delivery of immediate findings from which the Cinch Specialists made a real time decision from. Highly recommend HD Diagnostics Electronics. The Tech was very knowledgeable and methodical in determining the solution to my refrigerator problems. They were prompt in showing up on time and communicating with me throughout the process. The problem was solved and my fridge & freezer are working fine. Thanks Ann and June.
