Do NOT rent from Creative Focus!!!! If you expect a properly functioning space. I recently rented from them and the air conditioning did not work the entire time. The building was extremely hot, my guests were uncomfortable, and I had no control over the thermostat.
I work hard for my money and expected the space to be fully functional for my event. Instead, I was left disappointed and still dealing with a lack of accountability afterward.

Horrible customer service. The event was for a baby shower. Before booking, I was asked if we wanted a bounce house, I assured them we wouldn’t need it because it was for a baby shower not a kids birthday party. When the decorator arrived the bounce house was blew up directly in the middle of the floor, taking away time we had to pay extra money for just to deflate, fold and remove the blow up house in order to begin decorating, putting us an extra 30mins behind schedule. Secondly, the air and heat is controlled by the owner from his phone, from the moment we walked in the building it was extremely hot.
