I came from Illinois approx. 7 yrs ago. I was surprised at the "lackadasical" attitude of a lot of tradesmen in Hot Springs/Hot Springs Village area when I needed service calls for various reasons. There was no promptness on the calls and very seldom, if at all, did they call and state they were going to be late after waiting all day for them or they would simply not show up at all. Well, I can honestly state that SERVICE PRO is heads above everyone else in service, promptness and very reasonable for their services. Kirk and his techs. were very nice, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE. They looked at every avenue before making a diagnosis and solved my problem.... read full review

Sean and Kevin came out resolved the issue of no electricity in both my master bath and bedroom. Rewired configurations on the GFI and charged me ONLY for the service call. We are going to get them to install a surge protector to our breaker box since our T-storms are becoming more intense. Thx Service Pro Electric..
