Came to this vet clinic because the last one wasn't giving me answers about my sweet boys weight loss and bloating issues. The last clinic did not do any testing on him at all. We brought my boy here and they did all the tests. After coming here and doing tests for a few months it turns out he had pancreatic carcinoma amongst other things. The one thing I had always planned for my dog is to be put to sleep at home, I couldn't let him go at the place he didn't like being at. I wanted him surrounded by all his favorite smells and sounds and I wanted him to be comfortable. Almost no vets around here do in home euthanasia. Dr. Emily said it's not something they usually do at this vet either, but she did it for my Vinny. Thank you so much Dr. Emily for being so kind and compassionate towards my baby so his final moments could be at home. You'll never know how much that meant to our family. He was my soul dog and because of you we had some closure being able to make his last moments peaceful. I will be forever grateful for you.

They don't tell you that you have 48 hours to cancel your appointment or you don't get your deposit back. I made the appointment on Friday for Tuesday and called first thing Monday to cancel. How am I supposed to cancel 48 in advance when I didn't have 48 hours. They told me they aren't open on Saturday so hello🤷♀️. I have read everyone's comments and this clinic seems to come highly recommended. The lady i spoke to on the phone was very nice. Im just upset about the deposit and lack of info regarding it.

Took my dog in that I would die for scared to death. She is the only thing keeping me alive and she was acting very strange. I told them while she was out using the bathroom the night before she disappeared into the darkness and when she came back was acting very strange coughing wheezing and whining. They flipped it basically accusing ME of drugging her. There is obviously no hippa with vets because the staff proceeded to tell everyone they know a lie about the situation including my x wife. Their assumptions are their facts. Do not use them unless you want to be overcharged and your privacy invaded and gossip spread. I was even told something about animal cruelty. My pets are royalty at my house. Give me a damn break. Move around drama queens

We took a tiny kitten in we found on the side of the road. Went in to have him checked out. Was running a very low temp,which we knew because he was soaking wet when we found him. Xray was done, stool sample, glucose.. nothing seemed to bad. He was given some medicine that we didn't approve. After almost $400 we brought him home to just watch him suffer and die less than 4 hours later. Called the next day to try and get an explanation and was told basically with his low temp he was never going to make it. We were never told that the whole time we were there with him. If that was the case we would of put him down to prevent suffering. Just feel they are only after money.

I'm a trucker. I have a kitty that rides with me and it's not always easy to get her vet care because most places don't have room. I had to get her in for some treatment. They have a large parking lot and we're understanding and got me in immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were affordable.

My wife and I brought our cat Bacall in yesterday. Everything from the first impression appearance driving up to the building and clever separate cat and dog entrances is thoughtful and well thought out. Receptionists and clinic assistants were kind and welcoming. Dr. Emily Carter was competent caring and professional. She is a fanulous veterinarian. We could not ask for anything better. It's always a heart breaking time when you lose a pet family member to disease. The people here did everything possible to help us through this. Even the touching farewell card with our cats paw prints was a wonderful. Thanks to every one involved.
