I have been with Terminix for 20 years, because my pest-control technician, Tammy Crowder, is the very best I’ve ever encountered. Hands down. When it’s time for a quarterly inspection/treatment, she coordinates with my schedule and then arrives on time. If a pest issue pops up, she responds quickly and solves it. Because she’s so good at problem-solving, I rarely see a pest anymore. On top of all that, she’s just a nice person.

Customer service was very understandable with my situation and made me feel like they were going to take care of my issue. Then the technician was very thorough and I appreciated her dedication to getting rid of the problem.
