Buyer beware. My husband checked in a property, we looked at it and let them know we were interested. Paid the 40 dollar app fee. Did all the requirements their site listed. Some texted me asked me for proof of income. Rent was 1100 and I bring home more than that in a week. I got a text saying it was all received then nothing for a week. They then send my husband a text asking if we are still interested. He said yes and they sent another app. Keep in mind we already completed one and submitted everything requested. I waited a week and called in to see what happened and why my calls and text was ignored. I was told by a gentleman who answered the phone that basically it wasn’t him. He assured me though he would find out and have someone contact me. Almost a week later still no call. They pretty much take the application money and ignore you. That was my experience. Feels like a scam.

Spickes Brothers Painting showed racist behaviors, asking someone of Latino heritage if they married a white woman so they wouldn't have to go home in a completely random encounter. I'd strongly advise against choosing this contractor for your painting needs.
