Natalie and her team were amazing to work with! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It all started after this last winter storm. Cody came out with ice on the ground just to clear the snow from my roof so my house wasn’t flooded then Natalie sent her team out just a few weeks later. Her team was professional, courteous, and most importantly got the job done with little to no problems!! My roof looks amazing. I can’t thank Natalie enough!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Natalie with Reliant Roof pros is very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done was very thorough to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and to their high standards This is the second roof they have installed on my home after two previous hail damage insurance claims. I am very happy with the job that they did and will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Natalie came to inspect the job and to make sure all debris were cleaned up and no damage was done to the property She double checked to make sure no roofing, tacks nails or trash were left in the yard Natalie made sure that I was aware of when things were going to be delivered when the job was going to be done she was very clear throughout the whole process A+++ next proof I need I will definitely call Natalie again

We were very pleased with the roof replacement contracted thru Reliant. Natalie is a very good project manager and was able to convince our insurance company (Allstate) to cover full replacement costs. There are no loose ends with Natalie. Everything worked out perfectly.

After my first home was hit by the 2023 tornado in Little Rock, less than a year after I bought it, I hired Reliant Roof Pros to repair my home. Scott handled everything, even got my insurance to approve a new roof instead of just a patch job that the insurance company originally insisted on. Scott was present when the adjusters came to my home to make sure that they didn't miss anything or try to discount the seriousness of anything. They also subcontracted my other needs so that I only had to coordinate with a single business instead of multiple. They took a lot of things off my shoulders in what was one of the most stressful times of my life. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had filtered through some other roofing companies to get my relatively small roof job fixed and Mark provided me a solution with his contacts for a special order chimney cap. As soon as it was finished he put it up just a few days after receipt of the customs made product and it’s being doing well.Service: Roof damage repair
