“Air conditioning filter has not been changed for years Smell of the house was really bad Carpet was full of hair i had to pay two ladies plus me and my sis to clean the house it was really disgusting Water was leaking for three days before they fixed it then charge me for the old pipe behind the toilet My husband slept in the cold weather inside the house less than 30 degrees out side and the heat was not working completely Front door was so hard to open it at the same time the out side door to the yard was completely broken The screen on the outside window damaged too old and dusty Tress out side and grass never been cut and taken care of it At the end this company had to charge us and stole our money me and my husband and three kids They took my rent money and kids money i could not believe what they did to me after i paid people to clean the house and we agree to break the lease because we could not live in this house for less than three weeks to pay us our deposit but I found this company are fraud and don’t recommend any one to lease or rent from them Bad management untrusted company to rent from“
