The doctor was great and extremely knowledgeable. So happy when I left there. However, my glasses are going on a month since I ordered them. They keep making excuses that the lens did not pass inspection I am disappointed for sure. .

Ridiculous place. Tried to charge me $95 for an eye exam when my insurance covers the visit for $35 copay. They stated they are a “specialty”, not sure what qualifies them as such and say the cost is actually $55. They had charged my child for a $95 visit the day before. When I asked to be reimbursed the $40 difference, I was told they couldn’t because they had already done the exam and the refraction (to actually see the back of the eye) is an extra $40. So what does the exam fee cover?
This on top of me having done my due diligence and asking them if they took my insurance, calling my insurance to ensure coverage of provider and cost of visit and calling them again. Never again. Be warned of these “providers” that treat patients like cash cows.

The front desk and eye fitting staff were friendly and professional. very comfortable atmosphere.
Dr was excellent. listened and explained everything well.
ended up with best eye glass and contact prescription I've had in over 14 years. the Dr made sure things were outstanding and said he wouldn't settle for ok.

Love Progressive Eye Center! Everyone is super nice. Dr. Jarrard is amazing. I love how he goes into detail about your eye health and even shows you what he is talking about. I will refer all my friends and family to him and this clinic. Thank y'all so much!

Which well, as I expected. The Doctor is always nice and efficient. Been coming here for almost a decade and I always have a good experience. Only issue that I had was additional expense. It seems that Blue Cross removed vision exam from my policy when I auto renewed, so I was out of pocket $180. Not clinics fault. It's almost time to renew insurance, so I will look more carefully.

I've been to many optometrists but I really like Dr. Blake Jarrard. He is very professional knowledgeable and cares about you and your eye health. My family looks forward to returning each year for our eye exams. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff!!!!
