I got my hair done on 5/10 exactly 2 weeks ago today and this far my cornrows started lifting on day 4 and 3 braids from the nape area have fallen out. How do knotless braids fall out? I would not recommend this place. $200 wasted because I really need to take these braids out now after only two weeks and that just unheard of.

I went to Katie for knotless braids and that's exactly what I received. The quality of my braids are amazing. I usually go the same person each time when I get knotless to ensure my braids are done correctly and beautifully. Katie braids in a separate room where you can be comfortable in an intimate setting and able to ask her questions about your hairstyle.

I have been a valued customer for over 15 years; the last 8+years, I would only allow one braider to do my installs. A year ago, the owner, Felicity, was out of the country for her vowel renewal as well as my installer. I decided to book with Angel. Arrived the next day (Saturday). She was a no call and no show. I booked with Yoyo or Yolanda for Sunday. The same result, no call and no show!!! Although Felicity is nice/professional however many of her braiders are unkind, rude and UNRELIABLE!! I took my business to a competitor, and have been a happy Camper since August 2022.

Got 2 French braids an when I tried taking them out, it's like she used glue instead of gel. I had to go to a professional to get my hair washed because it was a sticky substance on my hair. 1st chair to the right when you 1st walk in.

the worst experience ever I was there for 5 hours and the lady did not know what she was doin to my hair so she had to take it out and get someone else todo it they are money hungry if you don't know how todo the hairstyle just say that last time they will get my money I don't recommend any one to go there!!!!!!!!!!

I have been coming here since 2017 to get my hair done! Today I asked for a style the braider did it nothing like the picture I sit for nearly 2 hours I expressed my concerns prior to! She gets done and I hate it absolutely hate it! I almost cry but just tell her I don't like it! She begins to cut the braids out and the lady sitting next to her begins to talk reckless out her mouth! I swear I will never come here again ever! I constantly support this place even after the lady cut 5 inch of my hair off years ago doing a take down! But disrespect isn't tolerated I'm real humble but once you cross me it's up don't talk to me side ways then the owner jump in my face telling me not to cuss TELL YOUR WORKERS MIND WHAT PAYS THEM! even after I didn't like the style I still gave the lady a $30 tip because i value time!and she 7 months pregnant! If I don't like my hair I don't like it I'm the one who has to wear it! How you mad and it wasn't completed and I expressed concerns before hand! Weirdos!I showed you a picture and it's nothing like the picture be for real lady next to the stylist more concerned about time and product then the lady that braided my hair!

I have been going to this establishment for over 3 years now 2 weeks ago I went in to get some cornrows. I decided to get butterfly locs next, so I called the shop made my appointment with Mariame she sent me a picture of the hair to get and told me to come in today 3/24/22 at 8:00am so that's what I did I get there only for Mariame to tell me she forgot that she already booked an appointment and she can not do my hair she calls her boss and her boss says her wrist hurts so she won't be doing my hair! I have an funeral to attend in the morning this was very unprofessional and I will never step foot back in that shop ever again!

Poor communication!!! Been patronizing for years. My daughter and myself!! Talking on the phone while doing my hair, is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! As a police officer, or anyone else my time is Valuable!! But they don't care!!

Great service from Fatemia. This is the first time I've ever had braids and no pain. Was recommended that I try Knotless braids, turned out great. I paid $200.00 (hair included), 4 hours and no pain. I will be back. Still getting compliments and my hair is six (6) weeks old.
