As always (I’ve done business with Pella in the past), salesperson and supervisor Michael Hutchins performed beyond expectations. He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition, he is a pleasure to work with. The installation team composed of Justin Hunt, Justin Waddle, and Justin Glasser, (yes, you read correctly-THREE “Justins”) worked quickly, efficiently, and courteously to get the job done in a timely and careful manner.
I’ve been working with Pella and Garry Lewis, Service technician, for the last 20 years. They have been fantastic been in selling and servicing some of the best Windows And Doors out there. Nicole in the Office does a fantastic job of scheduling service for what Pella has sold and often installed in my New Construction work as well as my remodels. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Garry Lewis & Stephen were the best. They came in ready to work and got the job done in no time. Screens were installed perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Job well done guys!! I will be spreading the word. All I can say is they need a raise!!
