Jack is AMAZING and very intuitive! There's another guy who rushes and does fast abrupt movements, which is not relaxing at all - If he would just slow down, it wouldn't be bad - But, again, Jack is GREAT!

I’ve always loved this place. I’ve came many times over the past 5-6 years. I still think they give great massages. But after my last chair massage, it will be my last. It is in AR Massage Therapy Law that it’s not in massage therapist’s scope of practice to be popping/cracking people’s bones. Especially the neck and back are huge no-nos. You’re asking for a lawsuit. I thought my neck was getting stretched and before I knew it he yanked and popped it. I felt fine. But the next day I was in so much pain and couldn’t turn or rotate my neck. There is also no consent forms being signed. You’re asking for a lawsuit Ming Massage if you don’t start getting intake and consent forms and continue popping people’s backs and necks.

Today after my massage I got followed out for not tipping, made a big scene in front of everyone which made me uncomfortable. Won’t be back & don’t recommend!

Worst massage ever!!!! My boyfriend and I went in to get a quick chair massage and the guy who did my boyfriends massage was completely rude and the massage it’s self was horrible do NOT recommend! After the massages were over we went up to pay and the guy checking us out out a sign up in my face about leaving a tip. First of all the massage was horrible and you’re rude and holding a sign in my face I’m not leaving a tip. And when he saw I didn’t leave one he said hey hey and held the sign in my face again! He wouldn’t let us leave until we tipped him!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

This is usually my GO-TO place when it comes to a good deep massage and try to make it a monthly thing even tho I live over a hour away but unfortunately the last few times the staff have been VERY rude, they don’t speak English to you directly just ask which one as u point to the board but then don’t have a problem speaking up when u don’t leave a “big enough tip” and asked for more,I left a $10 tip on a 1-hour massage and the gentleman started in by raising his voice and speaking in his foreign language.Tipping should not be a have too or feel mandatory on these types of services! I am a hairdresser and when I charge a price for a service I do not expect a tip but am very grateful if left one of ANY kind!

Massage was decent at best. There are signs posted all over waiting area asking customers to please be quiet. During my massage there were at least 5 other customers waiting that were loud, answering phones, watching videos, etc and the employees there did nothing. So much for relaxation huh. If you cannot get people to abide by your posted signs maybe they should be asked to leave. Guess that’s what I get for going to a middle of the mall business

Directions to Ming Massage is go to Dillard's entrance in front and go downstairs on the esclator. Full body massage helped me out alot....Update went for a foot massage because my feet has been sore for a whole month. After that foot massage my feet was better along with renewed energy. This place is worth a visit.
