I sent a picture to a stylist who stated she could accomplish said (style). I expressed my concerns right after she was done, regarding the way my hair looked vs. the picture. Stylist said "it's like the picture".. here I am pointing out to her mine vs.the pic how was it the same?! I felt as though she was being dismissive to me. Yes...The style resembles the photo but, is not what I asked for and paid for. Not to mention I paid $170.00, and she did not finish my ends some of the braids are unravelling, knots half way up some of the braids. They are not neat looking unless I wear them up in a bun hiding the ends and unravelling braids for the next month. Yet she was offend that I asked for $70.00 to be given back to me.--Lesson learned

I have been bringing my daughter here since the last lady just up and left town without warning customers. I thank God she did or else I'd be still there. Love the services rendered here. She does the exact style of braids that I ask for. And yes she's expensive but well worth it. The place is nice and clean, customer service is awesome. She doesn't book a lot of clients at once, that's a big plus! I will continue to bring my child to her as long as she's doing braids. Very good work indeed. Nice lady too.

Expensive. I only needed my crown braided for a quick crochet I was doing myself and it cost 50.00. Guess she knew it was to much and said 40.00. She's a really nice and sweet lady. Ill definitely go back because her service was really good.

I have been getting my hair braided here for over 10 years. They love me and are always fussing at me to take good care of my hair. My hair is stronger and longer. It never breaks and my styles always last! I wear braids year round!
