A few years ago it was nice, but now there are broken machines that haven't been repaired for years, broken seat padding, and fewer classes and childcare. Still cheap and decent with good amenities, but needs to be improving.

This is definitely the best location of the three in central Arkansas. University would be better except while in the aerobics room you can hear people above you constantly slamming their weights into the floor, which is very unpleasant and jolting while doing yoga

The gym is routinely clean, and although it is usually busy it is never crowded or too loud. The members are generally polite and helpful and the staff is encouraging and friendly with smiles and greetings when you enter and exit. One of the best overall experiences I've ever had at any gym.
