I was towing a U-Haul trailer when one of the tires blew out. Working through U-Haul for roadside assistance, they coordinated with JHook to change the tire. JHook was in contact with me within 5 minutes of me talking with U-Haul with an estimate of 30 minutes for service. They arrived in less that 20 with not only one tire to replace the one that had failed but a second in the event any of the other tires were damaged. JT was one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. He replaced the tire, and walked me around all of the other tires to inspect them to insure there was no other damage. I had a brake malfunction and called J Hook to get the car towed. Jose managed to get the brake to release, then offered to go ahead and tow it or let me try diving it to the shop. He waited 10 minutes for me to drive around the neighborhood and make sure it seemed safe to drive before leaving. He was super friendly and helpful, and didn't even charge me in the end. I will definitely be using this business again if the need arises.
