Michael was great - stuck without the ability to shift the car into neutral (Prius). Great attitude about a situation no one likes to be in and was very hospitable. When back at home, he was able to use the tow bed like a surgical scalpel and coax the vehicle into the position it would need to be in with the skates. If you need a local tow, these are the guys I would call!Services: Car towing
When I called they quickly dispatched Michael to give me a tow, he showed up in about 10 minutes. What a huge help! Got my vehicle and I where we needed to go promptly, whole thing couldn't have taken longer than 40 minutes. Excellent customer service, simple stress free process.
I had to leave a review after the excellent service I received today. Michael was very understanding after I told him how my insurance had dispatched a tow service that made me wait for 3 hrs. I reached out to my insurance company to cancel with that neglectful tow service (Tito's Towing & Repair). They requested another tow truck for me. Even after an hour waiting for him, it was worth the wait. He was very accommodating and respectful. I would give 10 stars if I could.
