After years with my old PT, I was nervous, but from day one (May 2026), they’ve been attentive, especially with EDS.
Thanks to a recommendation from the Arkansas EDS group (on FB), I found them.

You should come here! Everybody is wonderful! It is such a professional yet friendly environment and you always feel welcome and never like a bother. I have a bad habit of feeling like a bother, but everybody here was very lighthearted and made even someone who felt embarrassed about how mild the situation was feel like it was not a problem to be seen. I’m not one to leave reviews on companies, but HRPT deserve one! Nick was my PT and he was great! I’ve never met a person here who wasn’t trustworthy and professional yet personable.

Love going there! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone is in a great mood and always checking in on you. I go to the Sherwood location and would highly recommend them! It's been great making progress with my back issues. Amazing how much better I feel!

What a blessing this staff has been to me! I have been having extreme issues with vertigo for several months. After being recommended to HRPT, the front desk was able to get me in right away and was very helpful in guiding me and answering any questions that I had. The rest of the staff has been able to help me get back to feeling like myself again. I drive here all the way from Searcy and I would still recommend anyone from any location to visit this clinic for any of their needs.

Every person I interacted with was so nice! I went twice a week for about a month. The therapists listened to my concerns, walked me through why I’m having lower back pain and invited questions. It’s always nice going somewhere where you can tell the staff culture is great too! Thanks for making it enjoyable!

I have had physical therapy here three different times, with wonderful results. My knees have been strengthened and rehabbed. My back is being worked on now, and I expect the same amazing results. The PT and techs are great. If I need more therapy, I will certainly return.

Obviously nobody wants to have to go to Physical Therapy, however, if you have to go, this is where you want to be! The staff here are AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and just all around an amazing group of people. I am very thankful for the team they have.
