I am very happy and excited about the work that this company has afforded me with the making and design of my mother’s headstone. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Everything was done just like I asked them to do for me…As a matter of fact , the headstone was delivered and set up BEFORE Mother’s Day just like I wanted it to be. Dan or Don was his name. He was VERY helpful, and really patient with me. I had no idea what I was doing. He pulled out his reference book and gave me lots options to help me make a decision. The days they are open need to be updated on the web page. When I Googled it said they weren't open on Fridays. I was sitting at another location that Google maps said was open on Fridays, I went there and they weren't open like Google maps said, so I called the number. The person that answered was very rude. Something told me to call Hamilton Monument even tho Google maps said they were closed. The guy picked right up and said come on over. He was even standing out side waiting...read full review
