I'm going to stand up for The lady in the office , she is real sweet but I think that she makes excuses for whoever the manufacturer is because they take TOO LONG and she can't force them to go faster. I ve dealt with her so I know she doesn't mean any harm. Allen Granite should find another manufacturer period!!!!! Because it should NEVER take a year, that's way too long! It took longer for me because of HAVEN OF REST . they take too long to place a tombstone on my family grave just left the stones laying by the ditch in the graveyard for a very long time without even contacting me . They don't take care of the graveyard. Body was recently

Their one on one customer service was top notch. Very professional and courteous staff as well. Turn - around time was better than other monument companies in the area. All in all, very satisfied!

Very pleased with the whole experience. Best price we found and even though it came in a month later than promised, we would definitely recommend. Great workmanship & inscribing of artwork and letters.
