If you’re coming to see these guys, you probably aren’t having the best day, but they make it better by being friendly and helpful. They had my repairs done quickly and back in my car in no time. Super appreciative of the work they do and keeping me informed through the process.
I was pleased from start to finish. The customer service representative was friendly and courteous. They had the rental agency pick me up to ensure I had transportation. Rashaun did an awesome job on repairing the body of my car. My daughter said that it looks better than before the accident. It actually looks like my car the day I purchased it. The parts were delayed and they automatically extended my rental agreement with Enterprise. They even cleaned the inside out and I was able to get something I had been looking for back. I would give them more than the 5 stars allowed.
