My family purchased a home in 2023 through a listing provided by Crye-Leike Realty.
*This company was not representing me, they were representing the seller.*
Before purchasing the home I made sure to do my due diligence and I paid for an inspection. *The inspector passed it.*
The home was ONLY purchased because I was shown via MLS that the home was on city utilities the most important one (for me) being city sewer.
After speaking with the city and a master plumber (at this point I've lived in this home for over a year and a half) I found the home is on a septic system, NOT city sewer!!!
I now have to purchase a brand new septic system...
The State that I came from the realtor's made sure to verify utilities and not just go off of what their seller's claim to be on.
Suffice to say, I'm extremely disappointed.
If anyone gains anything from reading this, please make sure someone from Crye-Leike Realty verifies the utilities (with the city/county) before posting on the MLS.

Highly recommend the Principal Broker, Brenda Rhoads, at CRYE-LEIKE Realtors in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Our home was a "challenge", Ms. Rhoads accepted the challenge. She immediately went to work setting up a professional photographer and staged our home. She set up multiple showings (ambitious!). Brenda Rhoads was respectful and remained enthusiastic throughout the entire process of selling our Sherwood home. A short time later and our home was sold. Ms. Rhoads then stayed with us through the search for our new home!!Highly recommend Brenda Rhoads and her team at CRYE-LEIKE Realtors!

Cindy was awful. Instead of helping me with my first time home buying experience she'd rather fight with another realtor. I not only Ieft her for her unprofessional behavior. She tried to offer me a home I was not interested in.. prayer for her future clients.

Brenda Rhodes and her team did a spectacular job helping us sell our house. Her knowledge and experience with the market is expert level. She was perpetually optimistic, but also gave me straightforward and realistic advice on what to fix and what to expect. Their professional photographer knew exactly what she was looking for as well, and captured our home looking it’s best. Selling and moving is stressful, but Brenda helped me stay on track and make good decisions. It was really a good experience.
