She immediately went to work setting up a professional photographer and staged our home. She set up multiple showings (ambitious!). Brenda Rhoads was respectful and remained enthusiastic throughout the entire process of selling our Sherwood home. A short time later and our home was sold. Brenda Rhodes and her team did a spectacular job helping us sell our house. Her knowledge and experience with the market is expert level. She was perpetually optimistic, but also gave me straightforward and realistic advice on what to fix and what to expect. Their professional photographer knew exactly what she was looking for as well, and captured our home looking it’s best. Selling and moving is stressful, but Brenda helped me stay on track and make good decisions. It was really a good experience.
