I had brought my truckmount to Gene for some repairs. I thought that the governor switch was bad and the repair would be costly. Adam, the mechanic, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the machine up and running quickly. Adam also repaired some other items as well and offered recommendations as well. The whole team, Adam, Gene and Patrick are top notch. They don't try to push anything on you, just there to be of service. I now have my go to guys for all of my repairs. I live in Memphis and there is no one reputable to service our machinery. It is well worth the drive to get my equipment serviced right the first time. Thanks again, Frank
Had a great experience working with this company. They had the best price for a dehumidifier and their customer service to resolve an issue that was not their fault really made me want to work with this company again in the future.
First of all, I am really happy for the people who had good experiences with Cleaners Connection. My first impression of Cleaners Connection was not good. I telephoned Cleaners Connection to find out if they did any repair work on high speed floor burnisher equipment. The initial rep on the phone seemed friendly enough and positive that they did the kind of work I needed. He transferred me to the repair department where whoever answered the phone could not even manage to introduce himself. I had to ask if I was transferred to the repair department.
