Technicians performed diagnostics while performing annual preventive maintenance on my Generac back up electricity generator. I’m pleased that they found the defective battery. They prevented a start up failure when I might need power.

This company has been the best so far we have needed. Heat condensation drain to outside freezing year after year resulting in no heat during coldest time of year. Previous company made a short lived bypass as needed for 5 years. Gave up and called Chapman's. Not only did they fix this problem reasonably, but fixed the drain pipe that had been leaking quickly. Yearly maintenance now to the company that cares! Thank you Dan and everyone. Veteran to the rescue again! Lifetime customer!!
