My boyfriend took off work early and went at 1:15pm on a Saturday when the shop SAYS it closes at 2pm and when he went to the door and it was locked an employee just sat there and shook her head at him. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with them but it will be the last time we do as we will never return. Just find yourself a better and kinder eye doctor, DO NOT BOTHER WITH CAMP EYE CARE.

I had a pretty decent experience today(6/15/24) it would have been a great experience because the staff was pretty friendly & helpful, but I did run into a big inconvenience. Upon arriving to my appointment, I go to check in at the desk, state my name & the rep was looking for something. She had given my paperwork to the girl who came in before me. I was highly upset about this for a while during my appointment because my personal info was on it including my SOCIAL twice! I know everyone makes mistakes but that can be a costly mistake for someone especially with the climate we live in today. I'm just hoping the girl who received my info is a decent human and won't use my info if she had a chance to memorize it. I won't take any legal action unless I notice any fraud on my credit, but I definitely don't like the feeling of my private info not being private especially at the hands of a business

He is very nice and they get you in and out quickly his staff is very professional I really like their services so much so I've told others of them and they liked them as well. Great overall service!!!!

I ordered new glasses and contacts after my examination. When I returned, I was told that I owed $215 more. After I had paid $210 at the visit. I doubt that I’ll be going back ?

I was not impressed. He wasn't very personable with me and basically seemed done with me within the first 60 seconds of me being in the chair. As soon as he knew I could see the 4th line of letters he seemed totally done with dealing with me. My eyes are in fact pretty good but as I'm getting older it's taking me longer to focus in on things and things have a fuzzy edge. So yes I can still make out things far away just takes me a minute. He didn't do anything with up close visuals. Also during the refraction part, when he asks "one or two?" Though one was more clear than the other they all still had fuzziness to me. So I don't know if his gear was dirty or what. Anyways. I do not feel like I got a quality eye exam and will be letting my insurance company know. Hopefully insurance will let me see a different doctor.
