Great service, the team were prompt in getting me an appointment and helped me understand my insurance benefits easily. They used my original frames and replaces the lenses without pushing a sale on me. Thank you CEC! You've got a customer for life!

I had a pretty decent experience today(6/15/24) it would have been a great experience because the staff was pretty friendly & helpful, but I did run into a big inconvenience. Upon arriving to my appointment, I go to check in at the desk, state my name & the rep was looking for something. She had given my paperwork to the girl who came in before me. I was highly upset about this for a while during my appointment because my personal info was on it including my SOCIAL twice! I know everyone makes mistakes but that can be a costly mistake for someone especially with the climate we live in today. He is very nice and they get you in and out quickly his staff is very professional I really like their services so much so I've told others of them and they liked them as well. Great overall service!!!!
