I hate to only give it 3 stars because the nail tech was SO sweet and friendly, it's not the customer service-that part was great. We went on Sunday and by Monday I could tell just how uneven and messy my nails are. Maybe it was just a bad day, hopefully someone else's results will be better. I wouldn't say not to go, but maybe if you know what to watch for, just tell them if you see they aren't doing something right early on. I didn't know what to point out for her to correct it.

They get all 5*'s for me I went to Different nail salon before who absolutely ruined my nail set the fact that they could redo what once was ruined im thrilled I will definitely be going back
