I have never had a problem with any staff, nurses or my beloved doctor. Dr. Berry is amazing. I have many health problems that cause me pain. He has always been there for me. From my first visit with him. He always takes the time I need to spend with him. He has tried so hard to help me with my pain, unfortunately there's not a whole lot he can do, but he has tried so hard. The pain I have comes from illnesses that pain is just part of my life, until someone finds a fix. I love him to death for being patient and caring for me. He always has a smile on his face.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now. I’m always so happy with the way that I am treated and the care I receive. It’s obvious that patient care is #1 & I am so glad to have them.

Pay no attention to old reviews!!! This is my 3rd year with Family Center and it is fantastic!!! Fast!!! Efficient!!! Considerate!!!! They even tolerate STUPID really well!!!! However, BEWARE, they DO NOT tolerate IDIOTIC BEHAVIOR!!!! So be respectful and get respect in return!!!! Easy!!!!! My nurse practioner providers ROCK!!!!

I was desperate ,Jackie, very nice and professional, offered to make me a appointment late pm yesterday. Saw Dr.Lay right on time. She was equally as nice and very knowledgeable took one look at my symptoms knew what l needed. Got shot and picked up perscriptions. This morning l am so much better. Every time l see my regular, wonderful Dr Bruce l feel better even if it is just a regular medicare checkup. Everyone at this clinic has been great to me. I had to come in every mo for almost a year before a Doctor became available, it was well worth the wait for me, that was about 2 years ago.

Cancellation policy is that if you cancel as a new patient you can’t reschedule. Text option didn’t allow for rescheduling, and they don’t let new patients know beforehand… I guess they’re too busy to go to.

This was my doctors office up until yesterday. I was put on medication not knowing how to get off of it . The office staff needs to be replaced. They are awful. 2 faced doctors. I thought dr. Bruce cared. I was sadly mistaken. Do not go here. I wouldn't wish it on Putin.

Berry was my mother's physician for years. She has MS. Never once did he recommend meds or scans that could help her, nor did he push her to see a specialist, causing irreparable damage to her brain and body. When she finally saw a specialist, the specialist said Berry was incompetent and negligent. He was also my doctor for years. I had back pain and he threw opiates at me like they were candy. This man is dangerous. Stay away from him. He doesn't deserve his title.

Baptist health clinic-Lakewood doesn’t deserve one star. This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. It’s funny how every doctor received almost 5 stars. I’m 100% sure they do not like black people at this clinic.
