I get really nervous going to the dentist but Katlyn took such good care of me that it kept me calm. She made it not so bad. I’ll definitely be going back there. All the staff were great but Katlyn was the best!

I called in for an emergency tooth extraction as a new patient from out of town. I told two different representatives that this tooth had to be removed today, this should have been placed in noted on the call that I had made. However upon showing up this morning, and PAYING for the first consultation fee. I was informed the dentist “just doesn’t have time.” To do the extraction. Then they couldn’t just credit my card back. Now I’m sitting in their parking lot 29 dollars poorer looking for a dentist that does have time to see me. I literally just walked in there and tipped them 29 dollars for existing. 🤦♂️
Edit: added imagine of a similar review. I guess this is a pattern. How strange.
Response to Owner: Thos was not a same day appointment. I made the appointment yesterday. Spoke to 2 different representatives told me the consultation at 9:15 and the extraction could been done at 11. The office told me. I specified if it couldn’t be done I need to go somewhere else. This is 100% on yall. And why colllect $29 when there is now service or consultation performed? The “owners” response makes this even stranger. 🤷♂️

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this office. The first time I had an appointment, they called to push it an hour later because they were running behind, which I agreed to. I had confirmed my appointment by phone and received an email confirming it. When I arrived, they told me I hadn’t confirmed, despite showing proof, and said someone else had already been put in the chair, so I had to reschedule.
At my most recent appointment, I arrived ready to pay my past balance plus the balance for that day using Tap2Pay. Their system required a full card number, which Tap2Pay doesn’t provide. I even offered to pay immediately after the service once I got home, but they said I could not be seen until the payment cleared. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, but I declined, as I decided to find a different provider.
I hope the office updates their scheduling and payment process so future patients who confirm appointments and are ready to pay aren’t turned away unnecessarily.

This is the worst dental experience I've ever had. I had a tooth pulled and a bridge made. It's been less than a year and the bridge broke while I was eating popcorn. I asked about getting it fixed. I was told I had to pay just to see if it could be fix. Customer service is really poor. The should have did a filling but they pulled it and made a bridge. They over Charge. They took out on my insurance and I still payed almost 5000 out of pocket for co pay. The loans are 33% interest rates. I had the money but took loan to help boost my credit. Once I seen the loan rate I went on and paid it off in 30 days. There was 1 dentist working between several patients by herself. The techs did most of her work. Her English is bad. The tech had to help me understand her. My bridge was poorly designed and did t fit well. I went in about my complaint and the lobby was empty. This is the clinic on McCain in NLR . If you need a dentist please don't waste your time or money in this place. I gave them 1 star cause I had to could give them a 0. I'm not better or mad.just giving my honest option. This place is like a WalMart of dental care. No disrespect to wal mart. I've found me a new dentist cause if I have to pay again it wo t be to Aspen dental. The so called operations manager was very rude on the phone trying to tell me about my teeth when she's not the dentist. One person said my bridge was under warranty so bring it on once I got there the BS started.i could go on about this place but I've give this enough of my time. If you think it's just me. Go look up all there class action law suites

Aspen Dental has addressed my needs when asked. Removing a painful wisdom tooth and follow -up on throbbing pain afterwards was much needed and appreciated. Katlyn was/is Awesome. She continued to comfort me throughout my cleaning and extraction. The Dentist was grand as well. So far so good 👍🏾

WORST SERVICE!! They are so rude and unknowledgeable, From the disrespectful staff to the doctors they can’t keep. Had to fight to make appointments then when I decided to switch care and signed the paperwork they NEVER processed it! They are still withholding documentation!! THIS LOCATION SHOULDNT EXIST!!!
