I can’t say enough good things about Akel’s Carpet. 10/10! The company and their product are top notch. My salesman, Jason Fulton, could not have been more conscientious and helpful. From the first time I walked in the store “just browsing” to the moment I picked up the last of my materials, I could have asked for better customer service. Stopped in today to order some subway tiles for my backsplash. Jason Fulton helped me out and he was fantastic! He was happy to show me where to look but not hover while I was looking. Super nice guy! Was nice to not have to wonder where the sales people are like some of the big box stores.
Jason is the best. He was so helpful in picking out just the right flooring to match my existing flooring. So respectful and courteous. I would refer him to anyone for his outstanding service.
