Jason at the Maumelle location is outstanding! On first visit, he met us at the door, , and we didn’t really know what we wanted in new carpeting. He showed us Akel’s large selection, but he didn’t smother us. We looked at our friend’s condo carpeting and knew we wanted a similar style and color. On 2nd visit, we located a Karastan color and product through Jason. He promptly came to our home at the appointment time that we agreed upon. Jason was careful with our home and understood that I did not want to repaint all our baseboards over via oil based paint! He suggested a thicker pad to avoid this with our selected new product. Mr Fulton was our sales person and he made our carpet install and kitchen remodel a smooth and easy process. His expertise helped us create gorgeous new kitchen counter tops and island. I absolutely recommend Akels Carpet and definitely will come see Mr Fulton for our bathroom remodel coming up.
