The Best. People are great. A great staff here. Sam, Chloe, Jacob, Lamar pretty much the complete staff is on top of their game each time I’m here I feel very comfortable and it’s very clean.

Worst gym I've ever been to. The basic membership has no free weights whatsoever, they charge an outrageous fee to cancel and force you to do so in person and not over the phone. Unacceptable.

Sam Logan is an excellent trainer! He motivates and pushes you and corrects you (if necessary) while encouraging you all at the same time! Great guy! Clean gym, nice facilities, variety of equipment.
