staff is nice for the most part. i asked for purple nails with gems and purple glitter and only got light purple and dark purple. kinda upset about that. and when i asked about the glitter and gems i was told i couldn’t get them because i didn’t ask earlier but i asked for exactly what was on the picture. also kinda upset!
