Very prompt! My husband and I have had him out twice, and my sister has also had to have several service calls (darn lightning!). Very pleased with the service.
Fast service, very impressed. I called at 4:30 and they offered to have someone out the same day. WOW! They ended up coming the next day and fixed us up. Honest. I didn't know the cause of my well being offline and they could have told me I needed a pump and I would not have known otherwise. Turned our it was just the control relay. Honest. Integrity. Prompt.
