We called Jay's Plumbing about our septic needing fixing. They won't pump out the septic for you, so you have to call someone, or do it yourself. Well, I pumped out our septic myself, with the knowledge that they were coming out to our house that afternoon. Turns out, they (Kyle) went to the wrong house, or he lied, and we still footed a bill they did nothing for. Don't call them. And Kyle, I hope you get fired if you haven't already. Contemptuous.

I had the misfortune of encountering Jay while driving in town. This person was in the wrong at a stop sign. Somehow his over shooting the sign and blocking my right-of-way for a left hand turn resulted in him giving me the middle finger! If this is how this person behaves over his little driving mistake, I can’t imagine him taking responsibility for anything he screws up while working at your home. I would never hire someone who seems to lack personal responsibility.
