Our air went out on a Saturday night. We had been out of town all day and came home to a very warm house. It was after 8 at night but Doug answered our phone call and was at the house within the hour. He was very professional and got the air fixed and the price was reasonable. We were very glad we called Mountain Home heat and air. Would highly recommend!
Very professional, removed old (doublewide) furnace and outside air conditioner, replaced with heat pump/gas 2stage unit. very happy with service and the quote was the price!
About 8 weeks ago I called Mountain Home Heating and Air in an absolute panic, thinking I was going to have to go through the winter with just space heaters. My central heat and air unit was fried. Ms. Leslee was so nice and told me about their company and that they did have financing options available. The very next morning Justin was at my house to look at my system and give me an estimate. That afternoon Ms. Leslee called and walked me through the application for the financing, everything was approved the next day and in less than a week, I had a new heat pump and had my air ducts cleaned. Every single person I had contact with in this company was nice, professional and so very helpful. I am happy to have done business with Mountain Home Heat and Air. Their customer service is outstanding and I would recommend them highly to anyone needing their services. I am a VERY satisfied customer!
