Everyone is so nice and polite. They will answer any question(s) or concerns you may have. When getting glasses, it takes 2 weeks to get them in. When you go to pick your glasses up, it's easy, fast, and has no hassle. My whole family goes here. They do amazing when my daughters have an appointment. My girls are 8 and 7. The ladies always make sure that my girls are comfortable and ease any nervousness they may have. I highly recommend Kilgore Vision to anyone who is looking or needing an eye doctor.

My initial call to Kilgore Vision Center was answered by a very pleasant and concerned woman. My issue was something in my eye. I had been there for an eye exam in the past. I was told head this way and we will fit you in. The young ladies at the front desk were very professional and kind. Dr. Kari Priborsky saw me very quickly and she was very professional and very kind. She found the object in my eye and within just a few minutes she had it out. It was painless and very quick. I was treated with kindness and dignity by every person I had contact with. This type of treatment in the medical field is very rare today! I made an appointment with Dr. Jordan. The front desk was very friendly and personable. Dr. Jordan was also very professional and friendly. They got me in and out efficiently.My only problem was with their Eyeglasses buying area after my appointment. Dr. Jordan got me set up with one of the staff to pick out new eyewear and I was not impressed with that experience. The staff at that point made it seem like me buying some of their eyewear was an inconvenience for them.I will not buy frames from this place, but i will definitely go back to Dr. Jordan if he is still in practice.Appointment was at 8:20 and I was finished by 9:30.
