Very professional with great employees. I went for the first time today to see Dr. Kilgore. It was the most thorough exam I've had in ten years. He explained everything so well, and answered my questions where I could actually understand the answers, lol. They were so busy, but I was told that Tuesdays are post-op days and everyone was there because of that. So, next time I'll make an appointment for any day but Tuesday. Awesome optical department, with an extensive inventory of glasses.
Great staff, clean facility, the technicians cared about my vision issues and the doctor was clearly honest even to the point of telling me I did NOT need cataract surgery…yet. Loved the experience.
