My experience with Jim Brown HVAC company involved them installing a Lennox heat pump dual fuel furnace (repalcing a 27 year old gas furnace/ air conditioner).
Everyone from the owner (and his wife), the secretary, installers, and technicians have been very helpful and professional. The owner evaluated my situation, guiding me into a unit that fit my needs. He didn't try to oversell me on a higher priced unit that would probably never save us enough to pay for itself. Technician arrived on time ready to work. Checked everything and gave me his diagnosis. Also, the technician noted I could probably find the suspect part online and finish the work I had started and that he verified as being the correct diagnosis. No hard sell no tricks. Hlad I went with Jim Brown!

Jim Brown has always done right by us. They are quick to come out and fix whatever problems we are having. They are always available to answer questions and provide support. I highly recommend.
