We have used Home Instead for care for my mother (who is 100 years old) for the last 2 years. They have been very good to work with my mother. They follow up regularly to see if there are issues, and look to make changes, if needed. We have a primary caregiver that does not work for Home Instead, but their company was willing to work with us and cover the times that needed to be filled.
I have worked for Home Instead for over 12 years. I love my Job and what I do for my Clients and how I make a difference in their lives. Home Instead is a Great Place to Work let me say that again Home Instead is a Great Place to Work. They care about their Care Pros in so many different ways. We've used Home Instead Mountain Home for a few months now and are very satisfied with the help we have received. The H.I. person, Rose, comes to be with my mom two afternoons a week in order to give me time to myself or to get errands done more effeciently. Mom thinks the world of Rose. Mom has dementia so she doesn't recognize when I tell her Rose is coming, but as soon as she sees her she's very happy and content to spend time with her. Rose is attentive, caring, engaging and I trust her completely with mom's care. She also always offers to do some chores around the house and to help where ever she can. I have also always gotten the help I need when I've contacted the office and in my case, spoken to Robin. I recommend this place highly.
