I would give Homebound 10 stars if possible. The staff is incredible, from management to office staff to in-home aides. We used Homebound to help with in-home care for my mom for a few months until she was unable to live alone anymore. During that time, they were flexible and very accommodating in scheduling to best meet our needs. Every time I called, the phone was answered, and if I had to leave a message for a specific person, I received a call back quickly. Amazing company and workers! The caregivers are compassionate and well trained to care for their clients. HomeBound not only checks references and performs thorough background checks, but also takes time to find the perfect caregiver match for each client, taking into account personality, hobbies and common interests in addition to requested schedule and geographic accessibility. HomeBound has completely revamped their office staff. Very Professional!
