Amazing. I didn't speak with anyone but made an order online to have flowers sent to my wife for valentine's Day. Left a note asking to leave at door if no answer at the door. And they did that, left them in a corner not in plain sight the best possible way for a apartment. They delivered them on time and I have no complaints. My wife loves the flowers too. I can't believe I'm the first to review Harts & Flowers! I've been using them for years to deliver flowers in the area. I don't have any pics because I've been the sender but the recipients are always thrilled with the beautiful arrangements. They're a locally owned business and deliver a great value -always beautiful, often fragrant, always fresh and last a long time.

Ordered flowers by phone from Dallas for a wedding. Not that anything was complicated, but it was perfect. Tasteful, delicate, and the bridal bouquet is worthy of drying and preserving for a memento. This is a great place to get flower arrangements.
