We took a Nissan truck up today to get programmed and they did something to it and now it want crank or find key fob and said he would charge me to tow it to the Nissan place then the Nissan place is going to charge me to fix there mistake and he want make it right it drove with a fob there why want it drive away I’m still setting here waiting to have it towed to my house when they all left without a care in the world they tore this truck up it means more to me then they will ever think my dad got killed and that’s what I have left of him so yes I will fight to get this truck fixed

I locked my keys in the car at Walmart. They were fast unlocking my car I didn't wait long my time is important.

Hate I had to use him, but glad he was readily available.He came roughly an hour after initial contact- popped my door open in 60 seconds. Only time I let money go this fast was at a casino.Thank you Reggie!

Tornado pushed me into a ditch. Called Reggie's, they got there in about 20 minutes. $120 cash to get it back on the road.

Locked my keys in my big truck while it was running around 10pm and google searched locksmiths in Monticello. I called the first one and they didn’t answer after two calls. Called the next one which was Reggie’s and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Had my truck unlocked in less than 15 minutes. Reggie is a very kind gentleman and he was training a new guy that was also very nice. Being kind and doing honest work goes a long way. Also very affordable!!

After hitting a deer my daughter called Reggie's Lock & Key Towing & Recovery at 11:30 at night requesting a tow, (waking the guy up no doubt), said he would be there. In the meantime she calls us her parents we were less than 30 minutes away. We go to the scene where she is on the side of the highway ( mind you she is sick, we all were..me, her Dad, and our 4 year old grandson- her son) her heater is no longer working due to the deer damage, it's freezing cold! We wait with her for over 2 hours, Reggie's never showed!! Tried calling him several times, it would immediately go to voicemail where you were unable to leave a message! We think the guy must have turned his phone off and went back to sleep!! He could have at least called her back and said he wasn't coming, was running late.. anything!! With the front end demolished and only one light, and car only going at top speed of 35mph. (eventually would only get up to 10mph) we got it home. Called Cathey's out of Warren the next morning and they came and picked the car up for us and took it the repair shop!! Very nice people, told us to call them ANYTIME and they'd be there! (Car was deemed totaled by insurance.- Small car, muscular 7 point Buck..it didn't stand a chance ??)

I'm 5 hours from home when someone hit my car at a busy intersection. The policeman gave me choices for a towing company and the only name I could remember was Reggie's. Thank the Lord! These people are the embodiment of the phrase " over and above!" The man who showed up said he would take me to a hotel (no car, late at night, no Uber, etccc) and in route, I stayed feeling nauseous and shaky. He said let's go to the hospital. He got out and helped me out of the wrecker. Then, the next day Reggie sent Trace to come to my hotel and take me to the yard to get important stuff from my car. WHO DOES THIS? I was overwhelmed. They made a horrible situation PLEASANT. All because they have people who care!! I've never left a review this long.

Had to use them twice. Very high priced.The guy preferred cash both times. I'm sure Reggie didn't know this. Well, that didn't happen.The best thing now is that Glen's Lock & Key is back in business. The best is back!
