The stress of trying to sell a home on my own was relieved when Cody and Shonda sold my folks house for me. I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done. Not only did they get it listed in a short amount of time but they also sold it fast and without any major hiccups. Thank you both. Roxanne by far went on above the call for myself and my family. I have been so worn out and it was well past the time to move with my children. Roxanne literally kept her word and helped me remember to just breathe. The entire process was amazing and I felt the blessing of her having my best interest at the forefront. Recently went through the selling and buying of two large farms and we couldn’t have done it without Cody Cooper and United Country!
