We adopted a puppy from the town shelter and poor thing was literally covered with poop. We asked several groomer if they would see her and they refused her. We stopped by here and the owner was so kind! She couldn't see her that day because she sent home her girls working with other dogs since it was later in the day and Saturday afternoon no less, but told us come first thing Monday morning and she'll fixed up our pup right away. She got the furbaby smelling so good! We would definitely recommend the place.

Just moved to the area & was so glad I found them. They did an AMAZING job with my senior guy! They didn't take all day, they gave me a little update when I went to get him & and they were extremely friendly. I highly recommend.

When I dropped my dog off, the staff was very friendly. I showed them a photo of the style I normally have done on my dog, and I made it clear that I did not want his head cut any shorter, as we had been growing it out for a year. All the fur on his head was completely tangle-free and freshly brushed. They checked his hair, promised to leave the head length as-is, and I trusted that he would be in good hands. Upon pickup, I was very disappointed to see that they ignored my request and cut several inches off his head, without calling to ask/notify me first. My baby also came home with several cuts on his belly and nose that I was not made aware of when I picked him up.... read full review
